@msladynatural00 Biotin is water-soluble, so if you're not drinking enough of it, there's a good chance you'll breakout. If you are drinking the right amount, it SHOULD benefit your skin. I'm unsure about the exact amounts of water to biotin ratio to take, but maybe Google it? Hope I helped a bit :)?

Hey people, I have been struggling for 13 years now, and I can say that the battle is soon over, frist thing drink plenty of water, purified water, second thing try to eat organic food as much as you can or avoid meat and diary product, yeah it is annoying but it is worth it, trust me I feel pain just writting it...with that? you will big improvement. ive been on medication for acne for at least 10 years. Ah yes, I always had facial acne in my teen years. Then it went away (occasional hormonal spot) then all of a sudden I have now developed Back Acne. It's on the back on my shoulders and they are big and deep. It sucks!? nothing I'm using will make them go away.

... I then, upon? a trip to Primark (in the UK), bought some tea tree cleansing wipes. I must add, i did try other tea tree products, including neat oil, none worked. These wipes, which cost £1 for 2 packets of 25 wipes have done the job!!! Amazing!!! i now have a very occasional pimple (i haven't had one now for over a month) and i'm a very, VERY happy bunny!!! i would recommend giving these a go if u can get hold of them :o)

I've had acne since I was about 13 and I'm now 26.? I've used almost everything you could think of. I just found MD Formulations and I'm only on my second day of using it, but I can already see a difference!!! When I use other stuff for acne my face would get dry patches and still look oily in my T-zone area, but with this stuff my skin isn't oily at all!! I am so excited! Dermalogica products are overhyper, overpriced garbage, simply put. I do not have acne-prone skin. I wanted to use Dermalogica's products because everyone online always talks about how great they are... I spent upwards of $400 on products after having my face mapped professionally. I used the products for 10 months before I decided enough was enough. In that 10 months, there wasn't a day that passed that I didn't have pimples. @llspn6 the others I'm taking mainly help with digestion and balancing good/bad bacteria in your intestines (too much bad bacteria can actually lead to acne). I take dandelion root extract and oregon grape root extract. Both help your liver produce more bile to help with digestion. This is just what has worked for me, since I have also had issues? with digestion. I suggest starting with the Wild Yam and maybe a birth control pill preferably Yaz and go from there. Hope it helps :)

I began suffering from adult acne in my early 30's. This is the clearest my skin has been since that time. Thanks to BrownButterflie....I finally have this under control.

@TravelingNatural Gurl I put ACV on face last night lol. YES it is STILL my regimen. I saw my sister over the? Christmas break. Her skin has improved soooo much. I didn't know she was still using the ACV. She even told one of her clients about it. Now her client uses it. It's one of the BEST beauty tips I got from Youtube. MAC? studio fix breaks me out as well. I switched to Sephora's powder which is much more affordable and doesn't contribute to my breakouts.

@summerjewel63 Yeah, there are a lot of ppl? that are allergic to MAC. I wore it for 3 yrs and of course I needed more and more to cover up more acne....smh. My acne would've have never healed. I have no complaints with Bobbi Brown.

@wuppy610 I occasionally will see a little redness right after I apply it to my face. I think that's from me rubbing my eyes during the day (allergies). But it doesn't last. I put it on at night so by the am it's gone. I really haven't experienced any dryness. If you really needs this then I only see you having positive resultss (I'm not a dermatologists lol so take what? I say with a grain of salt). Try it for 2 wks and see what happens. Let me know what happens!

Its quite possible to have different types of Acne! I am actually going to try this out, in addition to my regimen, the ACV can be like my toner, instead of my Oxy Pads. When I wear makeup I wear mineral? makeup and usually that gives me no issues. I am doing a post on this video at my site great advice Lubella! : )

@Boyhead1973 I'm getting some really good feedback from ppl who started using ACV or EPO. That hormonal acne is depressing. I remember right around my? ear/jawline it would just itch. And they were noticeable and red. And then left their ugly footprint (dark spots). Let me know what happens. In two wks you should notice no more NEW pimples with the EPO if in fact it's hormonal.

@bajansuga2 EPO....I would say 2 wks. You have to pay close attention. The footprints from the old pimples can be distracting. But you can jot down when your last pimple appeared. I remember when I started the ACV on my face, I didn't think about it until my sister asked me. I was like, "I haven't gotten any new pimples". I think I wasn't really expecting any? changes so I didn't even notice. What made you start taking it internally? I used to do that for gastric reflux...another story lol

@napturallycurly You are the 4th person within one day that has told me about their results. I never had acne as a teenager or young adult. These past several yrs has given me sooo much compassion towards ppl who suffer from acne. It's such a helpless feeling b/c as you said NOTHING works. Hey Lubella! The? ACV is still doing great but I wanted to share that I have my 15 year old son using it now. He has been blessed with great skin but he started shaving about 2 months ago and he gets razor bumps under his chin but the ACV seems to clear them right up. He uses it every night.

I know everybody isn't. It's funny b/c my sis wore it during last weekend and immediately started breaking out. She says she likes the full coverage Mac gives. I can swear by the acv, bentonite clay, vitamins + healthy diet. I haven't started taking the evening primrose as yet but definitely will asap cuz I? still get acne but not as bad-mostly along jawline. I'm 31 and I've been suffering for too long I tried the above last year worked(happy) but cuz of scars wore mac and starting breaking out. Thanx for sharing.

@MissFroTastic Hormonal acne tends to form around the jawline/side burn/ear area. I used to use Proactiv several yrs ago. It didn't completely clear up my acne. Back then I don't think I had the hormonal acne yet. I felt I had to share this video. I've been suffering with acne for years now. It's soooo frustrating. Even more frustrating when ppl say "drink a lot of water" the crap? didn't help lol. Keep me posted :-)

I've been using proactiv and while it works...it doesn't. It def stops the huge breakouts that I have when I'm not using it but I still have small outbreaks and I now wonder if its hormonal. A friend of mine has hormonal breakouts and is taking birth? control. I don't want to do that :( I'm going to try your method

@MissFroTastic The acid peel got rid? of my dark spots faster than cocoa butter or bleaching cream. Are you referring to dark spots or actual scarring like indentations? For dark spots: You can be patient and use cocoa butter, etc . For faster results use an acid peel (there are a lot of tutorials on Youtube about Lactic Acid peels). Caution: Be very careful with the peels (read instructions thoroughly). I got mine from Make Up Artist Choice. I don't know about indentation scarring.
